Buy N Sell Academy ("the Academy", "we") is a trade-education service. This policy explains what we collect when you visit buynsellacademy.com, join the community waitlist, or request a one-on-one call, and how we use it.

• Name, email address, and mobile phone number you give us.
• Your state, reselling experience, interests, and monthly volume (1-on-1 only).
• The email and phone you use to book a call, and the call time you pick.
• Basic technical data (page visited, referral link) needed to run the site.

• To send the one confirmation email when you join the waitlist or request a call.
• To let Eddie's team review your request and reach out about a one-on-one call.
• To create a calendar invite and video-call link if you book a time.
• To tell you, and only you, when the community opens.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make any income or earnings claim about you.

If you check the consent box, you agree to be contacted by text and email about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase or of getting a call.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is used by the Academy and the systems that run it (Buy N Sell World partners and their technology providers, such as email and calendar delivery). We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

To opt out of texts, reply STOP to any message you receive. To have your information corrected or deleted, email edinolevic@smartleadsolutions.us and we will act on it.

The one-on-one offer and the community are not available to residents of New Jersey or New York, and we do not knowingly collect information from applicants in those states for that offer.
